SleepFactory
We co-founded SleepFactory to address the therapy bottleneck for patients at risk of or suffering from insomnia. In under a year, we delivered a digital-first therapy provider. Two evidence-based mobile apps and a compliant backend receive rave reviews and help secure partnerships with employers, employees, and payers alike.
Rheumatology Institute Prague
In a long-term scientific collaboration, we extend the data science team for the Rheumatology Institute, uncovering insights into mental health and immune markers in RA and AXSPA cohorts. Our work spans from data sanitization to modeling biomarker correlations, with published results and more in the pipeline.
MAIA Labs
We worked closely with MAIA Labs to redesign the on-device user experience for their colonoscopy-assist hardware, refining complex workflows into intuitive screens for physicians. With hardware constraints and feature density, we helped balance usability with technical limitations, resulting in early positive feedback and smoother clinical integration.
Bioinformatics Retreat (FI MUNI)
We supported the organization and moderation of a multi-institution bioinformatics retreat in Brno, helping bring together PIs, program managers, and researchers across academia. Alongside technical prep and event support, we delivered an AI-focused workshop and helped launch the brno.bio community hub — creating new bridges between institutions often siloed in their efforts.
Narnar
We support narnar in refining go-to-market strategy for their echocardiography solution, including hands-on stakeholder mapping, value proposition, and licensing. With a few focused sessions and tactical presentation work, we helped them clarify their story for early stakeholders including trial sites, clinical customers, and channel partners.
JoyBeat
We supported JoyBeat in building a maternal-fetal electrocardiogram device, from product concept to algorithmic tuning. Our contributions included a modernized fetal ECG extraction algorithm, and an MVP incl. cloud backend, mobile design and branding. Our strategy helped JoyBeat earn multiple awards and land a trial site offer.
